Delivery Assistant

Delivery assistant key responsibilities for a delivery driver assistant:

1. **Loading and Unloading:** Assist in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
2. **Navigation and Route Planning:** Help the driver navigate to delivery destinations using maps or GPS, and plan the most efficient routes to save time and fuel.
3. **Package Handling:** Ensure packages are correctly labeled and organized for easy access during deliveries.
4. **Customer Interaction:** Provide excellent customer service by politely interacting with customers, answering their questions, and handling any issues that arise.
5. **Documentation:** Assist in maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including signing delivery receipts and updating delivery logs.

Warehouse Coordinator

Our team ensures that all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each rental. We coordinate driver routes based on customer requests to provide efficient and timely service. Additionally, we assist the driver and the driver's assistance with warehouse packing and cataloging to ensure each rental is well-organized and prepared for delivery.

**Responsibilities**

1. **Check-In Rentals:** Upon arrival, you will assist Drivers Assistance (DA) in checking in rented equipment. We strive to make this process as smooth as possible.

2. **Clean Equipment:** All returned equipment is thoroughly cleaned to maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality. This ensures that every piece of equipment is ready for the next customer.

3. **Inspect for Damage:** Carefully inspect each item for any damage. This step helps us maintain the integrity and safety of our inventory.

4. **Collect Customer Data:** We collect necessary data from our drivers to update our rental check-in records. This includes verifying the return and noting any issues or feedback.

5. **Inventory Check:** Finally, we ensure that all inventory is accounted for and returned in good condition. This helps us keep track of our equipment and prepare for future rentals.
